This Rebel Alliance Embroidery Design is a one color fill stitch design which comes in 4 small sizes. You couldn’t ask for a simpler design. And yet , simple designs don’t always work out so simple !

In the case of a fill stitch design , like this one,  that means checking that the fill stitch angle lines up with the entry and exit points.  This alighnment is inclined to change with the stitch count. Therefore it needs to be controlled for each size.  Because we check each design individually, we know for certain that each size will stitch and trim properly.  This is just one example of our rigorous quality control.
