Design not completely filled in all areas.

There are several areas where the design is not completely filled in. See attached.

This fault is not in the design itself. It has been produced because of movement in the hoop. I imagine the stabilizer used was not good enough . Because you can see the puckering in the foto where the fabric was allowed to slip in the hoop. And then , after slipping a little throughout , it finally lost registration toward the end of the design.
